PREPARATION TIME : 5 MINS
COOKING TIME. : 15 MINS
TOTAL : 20 MINS
Ingredients :
- 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
Saute the mixture nicely for 5 mins
Then add curd and a little bit of water mix it well
Then add kasuri methi and Cover the lid
Leave it for 10 to 15 mins on Simmer mode
Open the lid stir it once and serve hot.
