Easy Sev puri chaat recipe

           Sev puri is a texture of combined flavours spicy, sweet, crispy altogether. Sev puri is a street Food. Sev puri chaat  is from Mumbai. 

           It is very delicious chaat the mixed flavour when comes together forms a perfect taste. U guys can't imagine how I'm feeling right now while writing about this. Because this is one of my favourite chaats and I can't stop myself from eating this.  Mostly I love to eat chaats. 

           Ok let's move on to the recipe  Sev puri is made with papdis at the base and topped with boiled potatoes with onion and tomatoes then comes green chutney and tamarind chutney and garnished with sev at the top of it. 

           Here I have skipped tamarind chutney and replaced with tomato sauce which also tastes good and time saver too... 



PREPARATION TIME  :10 MINS

COOKING TIME           : 10 MINS

TOTAL                            : 20 MINS  


INGREDIENTS :

  • Readymade pani poori or homemade

  • Boiled potato.  - 1

  • Onion                 - 1          

  • Tomato.             - 1

To make green chutney
  • Mint leaves or pudina- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves.         - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli                    - 1
  • Lemon                              - 1
  • Onion.                               - 1/2
  • Garlic cloves                   - 2

  • Sugar little bit

  • Salt to taste

To make poori
  • All-purpose flour- 1/4 cup
  • Water          
  • Salt
Additional ingredients 
  • Tomato sauce 
  • Sev

METHOD:

      Take the bowl to add all-purpose flour, salt and water and make a dough. 
     

        Now start rolling the dough. Make a thin layer 

        Then using one cutter make a small circle

                     Then deep fry it.

To make green chutney


          Mix the above-mentioned ingredients in a jar


For plating  


       Mix boiled potatoes with chopped onions and tomatoes



        Then take pan poori or homemade poori and add potatoes on top of it



                Then add green chutney



     

                       Add tomato sauce




     At last, add Sev at the top and serve it
