Apple shake recipe & its benefits

An Apple a day keeps the doctor away is well-known proverb ... Mostly we all used to hear this because of its health benefits and nutritional factors


         Let's see some of the nutritional factors.. Apple is extremely rich in important antioxidants,  flavonoids and dietary fibre.

        The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help to reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension  diabetes and heart diseases - ref. from Medical news today

         Apple helps to reduce cholesterol, it is also helpful to maintain weight, apple improves  eyesight, it also relieves constipation, strengthens immunity and so on 

        Let's move on to the recipe it is easy to prepare with simple few ingredients ..... I have prepared apple shake with skin because of its benefits... 

PREPARATION TIME  :5 MINS 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 cup of boiled milk 
  • 8-10 cashews
  • 8-10 Almonds 
  • Sugar as per your taste

METHOD 


Take a jar mix cashews and Almonds. Then add all the other ingredients and mix it in a jar



    Transfer it in a glass and serve chill
