INGREDIENTS :
Measuring cup used here is 150 ml cup
- 3 cup Pasta
- 3 tsp butter
- 3 tsp All purpose flour
- 3 cup of boiled milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 to 4 slice cheese
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
For paneer
- 100 gm paneer
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Methods
TO BOIL PASTA
Take a pot to add some water. When water starts boiling add pasta and salt and lets it boil for some time. The paste should not cook too much. If the pasta is 80% done strain it. And wash it with cold water
TO MAKE WHITE SAUCE
Take a pan to add 3 tsp butter when butter melts immediately add 3tsp all-purpose flour and stir it
Then slowly start adding boiled milk little by little and continuously blend it with the help of whisk...
Slowly add some more milk and by this way add whole milk and whisk it..so that it won't form any lumps
Add pepper and salt according to our taste.
TO FRY PANEER AND CAPSICUM
In the same pan add some more oil and add paneer pieces and fry it from all the sides(mix the paneer with all spices and curd which are listed above and keep it for 1/2 hour and then fry it)
TO MAKE PASTA
In a white saucepan add cheese(u can add any cheese which u like the most).
Then add boiled pasta and add capsicum and add fried paneer pieces and mix well
Cook for 2 to 3 mins and serve hot
