How to make Cheese Balls

Cheese balls are nothing but a cheese stuffed balls. It is Cheesy inside and crunchy outside. There are many ways to make cheese balls. Today I'm going to share potato cheese balls recipe with you. Its a very easy starter. It can be taken as evening snacks


       To make cheese balls we need boiled potatoes, spices and cheese for stuffing. Here I have used mozzarella cheese for stuffing. 

Let's see how to prepare potato cheese balls


PREPARATION TIME : 10 MINS

COOKING TIME          : 5 MINS

TOTAL                           : 15 MINS


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 8 to 10 small mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder 
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala 
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for coating 
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour (to make a paste)
  • Oil for frying

METHOD

1. Take boiled potatoes and peel off the skin.

2. Add all the spices in it - red chilli powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves  

3.Mix it well

4. Keep one cheese cube inside the potato mixture and give it a round shape

5.Mix all purpose flour and water and make a paste

6.Dip the potato cheese balls in it

7.finally coat it with bread crumbs

8. Heat some oil in a pan and fry it 

9. Potato cheese balls are ready to eat


How to make Potato Cheese Balls step by step with pictures 



Take  boiled potatoes and mash it well 




Add all spices and coriander leaves in it 



                            Mix it well




Take some potato mixture and Keep one  Mozzarella cheese cube inside the that. Give it a round shape.




Dip it in the all-purpose flour mixture (mix all purpose flour and water to make a paste) 




    Finally, coat it with the breadcrumbs




                    Do the same for all




               Heat some oil in a pan 




     Fry the cheese balls till it turns golden brown




    Potato cheese balls are ready to eat



Crunchy outside and cheesy inside.
