COOKING TIME         :  5 MINS

TOTAL                          : 10 MINS


INGREDIENTS

  • 9 pieces of pomfret fish(vavval)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil for frying 

METHOD

1. Take a bowl and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper add little bit water and make a paste

2. In a plate take fish slices

3. Start applying fish masala on each slice gently 

4. Keep it for 30 minutes 

5. In a pan add some oil and start frying the fish

6. Turn the fish and fry from another side

7. The yummy fish fry is ready


How to make Fish Fry step by step with pictures


In a bowl add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt 




  Add a little bit of water and make a paste




              In a plate take fish slices




Apply fish masala gently on each slice and marinate for 30 minutes 




In a pan add some oil and start frying the fish 




Turn the fish and fry from another side




       The delicious fish fry is ready to serve
