Paneer tikka is an Indian dish and it is marinated in spices and grilled in oven or tandoor. It can be taken with meals or chapatis or it can be taken as snacks. Not only in oven or tandoor it can be prepared on tawa too.
Today I'm sharing a recipe which is easy to prepare on tawa and also tastes good. So while talking about cooking on tawa, I always prefer to use non-stick tawa or pan to cook paneer because it won't be stuck on tawa... I don't say not to use normal tawa, u can but there are a little bit chances of getting stuck on tawa. If your tawa is well greased then u can go with normal tawa.
So let's move on to the recipe paneer tikka is mixed with thick curd and lots of spices together and marinated for about 1 to 2 hours in the fridge and then cooked on tawa
