Mutton fry/kaccha kabab recipe

Mutton fry/ kaccha kabab is a simple dish and easy to make... To make mutton fry /kaccha kabab all we have to do is to take boneless mutton to add some ginger garlic paste, salt and spices in a pressure cooker and saute it for few minutes...Then add some water and close the lid and cook till mutton is soft and tender... After it is done add some oil and fry it for abt 5 mins squeeze some lemon and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it. So let's move on to the full recipe


PREPARATION TIME : 5 MINS 

COOKING TIME.         : 15 MINS

TOTAL                           : 20 MINS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 300gm Boneless mutton
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • Lemon 
  • Coriander for garnishing 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 2 tbsp Oil
METHOD

Take a cooker to add mutton, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and saute for a few minutes

Add 2 cups water and close the lid..... Cook till mutton turns soft and tender



Transfer it in a pan or u can cook in cooker itself


Squeeze some lemon and add some oil and fry it for 5 minutes.


Garnish it with some coriander leaves and serve it
