Tortilla wrap

Tortilla wrap is folded with vegetables, chicken and sauces. To make tortilla wrap here I have used homemade tortillas and some chicken and vegetables. 

U can use grilled or roasted chicken and some sauces over it. I have cooked the chicken in this recipe 

It can be taken as snacks or dinner... Let's move on to the recipe


PREPARATION TIME : 5 MINS

COOKING TIME          : 15 MINS

TOTAL.                          : 20 MINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 2 cheese slice
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Salt to taste 

For veg topping

  • 1 onion 

  • 1 tomato 

  • 1 capsicum

  • 1 carrot( boiled) 

  • 3 beans (boiled) 

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp olive oil 

  • Salt to taste

For tortillas 

  • 1 cup All purpose flour 

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp Salt 

  • Olive oil

  • Warm water 

To make tortillas


Mix All purpose flour, baking soda, oil, salt and warm water and make a dough and cover it. Let it rest for 30 mins


Take a portion of dough and start rolling it



Heat a tawa and cook the tortilla lightly from both the side


In the same way, cook the rest of the tortillas



For veg topping

 Heat a pan add some oil and add all vegetables, salt and pepper and saute for a min. And transfer it in a plate

(cut all the vegetables like shown in the pic) 


For filling 


In a kadai add oil. Next, add onions and saute for 2 mins


Add chicken (cut into small pieces) and saute for a while 


Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins


               Add salt and pepper


  Add some water and cook for  5 mins


Add cheese, mayonnaise and coriander leaves mix it well and switch off the flame 

 To make a tortilla wrap


Take one tortilla put some chicken filling


       Put some vegetables on top of it


       Roll your tortilla and serve it
